Outline a county, highlight a region, spotlight a country

Elements → Areas and borders: Show as Outline only (a border, nothing inside) with Width (px), or Fill and outline, or Spotlight (everything else dims); search "Lancashire", "Wales", "Greater London", "EU"; Reveal Draw stroke, then fill. Or click the area in the Map preview and press its button. With Atlas MCP: highlight_countries with countries: ["Lancashire"], show: "outline", reveal: "draw". Spotlight is (panel).

Wales outlined, Scotland filled, Lancashire outlined and Greater London merged into one shape.
